We design our Waldorf-inspired Embun Play Shelf to grow with your child. When they’re younger and could not reach the higher shelf, it can serve as a decorative shelf space or to place smaller objects which might be choking hazards for younger siblings. 

The bottom shelf is wide enough to hold the popular Grimm's Large Stepped Pyramid and the dowel-like top will allow you to drape play silks or blankets to build tents, forts, or anything else you and your child(ren) can come up with. Lots of play possibilities!

As with all our products, it is made with solid wood and designed with rounded corners for added safety.

How durable is rubberwood? Extremely! Rubberwood is known for its density and strength, making it an ideal material for furniture meant to last for years.
